Developed by World Eater Games, Bittersweet Birthday is a story rich adventure with soulslike and bullet hell elements, where you'll take control of a character whose birthday is coming up. But not everything you do — or accomplish — will be a good thing!

Hang out with friends between combat encounters to discover secrets, find Memories, and get mementos that'll help you throughout your encounters... or hinder you! Spend time with your friends and unravel the narrative as your birthday draws ever closer.

In combat, you'll face one-on-one encounters, giving you the opportunity to face against enemies with unique abilities. Incorporate soulslike dodge roll mechanics where you'll face against bullet hell mayhem, learn the enemy attack patterns, and emerge victorious! You'll be able to use the Memories that you unlock to lighten the load or add extra challenge to these encounters, letting you customise your experience a bit!

Bittersweet Birthdayis releasing sometime early next year, in 2025, and you'll be able to enjoy it on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, the Nintendo Switch, and Windows PC via Steam!
