Return to Undermere for More of the Strange Franchise in Strange Antiquities

You are the Thaumaturge's apprentice, and it's your job to scour the strange town of Undermere for magical antiquities to sell in your shop... but as ravens start circling the city, those in the know begin to worry.

Bad Viking is returning their extremely famous Strange Horticulture back with a new sequel set in the same universe, turning this experience into a franchise! The return of Undermere comes in the form of Strange Antiquities, a brand-new title that'll have you taking care of an antiquities shop, exploring Uandermere to find items to sell.

This new sequel takes place several years after the events of the original, and it'll follow the same sort of gameplay that the first did. As concern rises around the town, it'll be your job to find the items, sell them, and unravel the latest in a long string of strange events that follow the town. The brother developers, Rob and John, had this message to share in the press release announcement for the game:

We are two brothers from the UK who have been making games together for over a decade. In 2022, we released our occult puzzle game Strange Horticulture, and the response has been incredible, from amazing reviews and award nominations to appearing in numerous best-of-the-year lists. Most importantly, it has been a joy to read the kind words left by so many of our players on Steam, where we are still rated Overwhelmingly Positive after almost 10,000 reviews!

We want to thank everyone who has played Strange Horticulture, left us a review, told their friends, or supported the game in any way. It has been an amazing journey, and we can't wait to share the next chapter with you.

Stay tuned for more information regarding the return of this beloved franchise! In the meantime, you can wishlist the game on Steam now.
