Guerrilla Collective 2024: Egging On Gameplay Overview

Fans of Foddian games will love the newly announced Egging On, a title in which you play as an egg that is looking to escape from the hen house.

Developed and published by Egobounds, this eggcentric title has you taking control of an egg, utilising the shape as actual platforming elements. Jumping at the pointy end will get you to egglevate higher, but doing that always isn't an eggcelent choice.

Falling too far is perilous, as your shell might crack (or break) and turn you into a soft yolk. In this state, you can still move around, but you're more susceptible to falling from the cracks and other orifices that can allow you to slip through, losing even more progress.

Making it to the top is an achievement, but it isn't the end — find stamps around the world that mark your egg as "fragile" and make it to the end without breaking to unlock unique cosmetics. We got to see the Easter Egg variant!
