Ynnis Interactive Launches Kickstarter Trailer for Shiness

Shiness, independent French Studio Ynnis Interactive's joint video game and comic book project launches its Kickstarter campaign today after three years of unfunded work on the project.

Openly inspired by various anime and manga, Shiness is reminiscent of more modern RPGs with a combat system based more akin to beat 'em ups than traditional turn based affairs, the exploration and plot is instantly recognisable to anyone who has played a JRPG from the last 10 years.

Considering that, to date, the game has been developed around the team's full time jobs and education Ynnis Interactive has constructed a robust prototype with impressive graphics for an independent title, the team have taken to Kickstarter in order to focus on it full time.

Shiness is currently being developed for PC and Mac with Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of the game set as stretch goals. Should the Kickstarter prove successful Ynnis Interactive hope to release the first episode of the game in the first quarter of 2015.
